Holly grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago as the oldest of five kids. Her father taught her and the rest of the family to ski when they each turned four. They spent their childhood skiing on tiny hills in Illinois and Michigan and by occasionally making a pilgrimage to Colorado. Holly attended college at Illinois State University where she received a degree in Public Relations. Holly fled the Midwest in 2005 after attending a Breckenridge Ski Resort job fair. Though the initial goal was one season she is now on her sixth. While in Breckenridge Holly has worked in real estate marketing and obtained her E-Business and E-Commerce Certificate from the Colorado Mountain College. In her spare time Holly enjoys many of the outdoor activities the mountain has to offer and hanging out with her blue heeler, Boo-ka. Her greatest accomplishment this year has been teaching Boo-ka to kayak with her around Lake Dillon.
