We provide comprehensive property management services to meet the needs of Homeowners and Guests so that you can have peace of mind knowing your property is in professional hands. You will have a caring partner available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
What are the services?
Start Up Support: We will tour your home and make suggestions about how to maximize your rental potential. This service can make renters want to stay in your home and help bring great reviews.
Access Management: We will work with you to determine the best solution for providing secure access to your property. This may include the use of a lock box at the property or incorporating a keyless entry system. In every scenario, we will manage and monitor property access for all guests and authorized parties.
Owner Support: We are available to assist you with whatever you need. You will have a reliable and trusted partner who is familiar with your home and is just a phone call away.
General Services: We will handle communications with rental guests once their visit is paid in full, track your reservations to manage your arrivals, departures and housekeeping needs. You can notify us of any special requests by your guests so we can arrange for their needs.
Guest Services: We can assist guests with ground transportation, equipment rentals, activity planning, grocery shopping or general questions and vacation planning. After guest check-in, we will communicate with guests to answer questions and go over amenities and special features of your home.
24/7 Guest & Owner Assistance: Should your guests experience an emergency, need additional assistance or just have a general question during their stay, we are available 24/7 to assist them. You can rest easy knowing your guests are being taken care of 24/7.
Repairs and Maintenance: We maintain an available pool of qualified, licensed and insured vendors who will respond promptly to repair and maintain your home.
Housekeeping: We will do all of the scheduling, coordination and inspections of the housekeeping service. Housekeeping includes leaving startup supplies for your guests including tissues, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee supplies for the first morning coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion.
Post Departure Inspection: Following every guest departure, we will perform a thorough inspection and provide a detailed report by email of any damage or wear and tear. This ensures your property is ready for the next guest arrival and presented in the best condition. The fee for this is $30.
Minor Maintenance: During the post departure inspection, if anything is in need of repairs (light bulb changed, hinge tightened, ect.) we will make necessary repairs, if possible, at no additional charge.
Extended Absence Inspections: Broker will provide a property inspection if your property has been vacant for three consecutive weeks to insure your home is secure and confirm there are no intrusions or maintenance emergencies.
